The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has warned that inflation in Pakistan could rise further this fiscal year.
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has released an outlook report on the Pakistani economy, saying that despite the Corona epidemic, Pakistan’s economic activities are booming, providing protection to private investment and boosting business activities. Due to this, the performance of the manufacturing sector has improved significantly.
The outlook report said that due to the financial package and better policies, Pakistan’s exports are increasing, so Pakistan’s economic growth rate is expected to be 4% during the current financial year, including industry, construction, and manufacturing sectors. The agricultural sector is also likely to improve significantly.
The report of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) said that inflation is likely to increase during the current financial year, with the rise in prices of wheat, sugar, and food items.
