We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Factory Workers. As a Factory Worker, you will be an integral part of our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager trainee for an immediate opening. This position offers a competitive salary of $24.00 per hour, with overtime pay at $36.00 per hour. There is ample overtime hours available for those interested.
This is a career-oriented position ideal for individuals with prior experience in tire/auto service or management. The right candidate should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented outlook.
As an Assistant Tire Manager trainee, your responsibilities will include overseeing the operations of a complete retail tire store. This will involve sales, tire installation and service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Please note that this is a physically demanding position within a shop environment, requiring the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and prolonged periods of standing.
This is a full-time position with no work on nights or Sundays, providing a great work-life balance. There is also ample opportunity for overtime, allowing you to maximize your earnings.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a yearly compensation range of $63,900 to $79,800. Job Duties:

Assembly Line Work: Perform tasks on the assembly line, such as product assembly, sorting, and wrapping, following standardized procedures and quality control methods.

Machine Operation:

Operate machinery and equipment, including but not limited to, automated production lines, conveyor belts, and packaging machines, while following to safety guidelines and keeping product quality.

Quality Guarantee:

Inspect products for defects or loopholes, and report any issues to supervisors. Follow quality control protocols to ensure that all products meet established standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, and assist with inventory control and management. Notify supervisors of any shortages or inconsistencies.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery as required.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and efficient operations.
